Bob Carpenter: Division President, Codan Satellite Communications
Bob holds a degree in Science from Marycrest University and an MBA from the University of Iowa. He joined parent company Codan Limited in 2011 as the General Manager for the Satellite Communications division, which includes Locus Microwave.
Prior to joining Codan, Bob held senior roles in sales and marketing and business development leadership during his eight years at Elbit's C4I business in Washington, D.C.
Bob has accumulated very valuable and relevant experience selling advanced electronics products and systems to government and military customers with Rockwell Collins and Elbit.
Dana Wilt: Vice President, Engineering
Dana Wilt has an electronics background that spans 35 years. After completing his military service where he worked for 4 years as an electronics technician in the US Navy, Dana earned his Engineering degree from Penn State in 1983.
Dana worked for Radio Semiconductor, and then Locus Incorporated. In 1993 Dana accepted a position with Maxtech Inc, as Director of Technical Marketing.
In 1995, Dana returned to Locus/Kaman Sciences. In 2000, when Paradise Datacom purchased the SATCOM product line from ITT, Dana assumed the role of Vice Preseident of Operations and later General Manager.
Gary McGovern: Vice President, Sales and Marketing
A graduate of Penn State University, Gary has been involved in the Telecom industry since 1983. Initially with Locus Incorporated, he worked on the engineering/technical side from 1983 to 1992.
Then with Maxtech from 1992 to 1997, he ventured into sales and marketing. Most recently he served as Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Paradise Datacom (1997 to 2004).
Sue Wilt: Director of Operations
Sue has been a part of Locus Microwave since its inception. Her current role provides oversight to the manufacturing, materials management, finance, human resources and IT departments. Sue is a graduate of Bucknell University and a Pennsylvania Certified Public Accountant.
Her experience includes working for international and local public accounting firms. She has also served as a program coordinator and instructor of accounting, as well as other business related courses at a post-secondary educational institution.
