Jim Dixon: CEO
Jim has over 40 years of experience in the RF and Microwave product and business arena. He has worked in engineering throughout much of his career in companies such as Microwave Semiconductor, Harris Corporation, Rockwell International and Locus Incorporated.
Jim co-founded Maxtech Inc. (now part of General Dynamics) and Paradise Datacom LLC (now part of Intelek plc) where he helped them grow from startups to successful medium sized firms in their markets. During this time he served in the capacities of Vice President (Operations, Sales and Engineering) at Maxtech and President of Paradise Datacom LLC. He has also served on the boards directors for of Maxtech, Paradise Datacom and Intelek plc.
Dana Wilt: Vice President, Engineering
Dana Wilt has an electronics background that spans 30 years. After completing his military service where he worked for 4 years as an electronics technician in the US Navy, Dana graduated from Penn State in 1983.
Dana worked for Radio Semiconductor, and then Locus Incorporated. In 1993 Dana accepted a position with Maxtech Inc. as Director of Technical Marketing.
In 1995, Dana returned to Locus/Kaman Sciences. In 2000 when Paradise Datacom purchased the SATCOM product line from ITT, Dana assumed the role of Vice President of Operations and later General Manager.
Gary McGovern: Executive Vice President
A graduate of Penn State University, Gary has been involved in the Telecom industry since 1983. Initially with Locus Incorporated, he worked on the engineering/technical side from 1983 to 1992. Then with Maxtech Incorporated from 1992 to 1997, he ventured into sales and marketing. Most recently he served as Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Paradise Datacom (1997 to 2004).
